Terms and Conditions Club Hovima
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “TCG” ) contain the terms and conditions of access to the HOVIMA Club. These TCG apply to all companies that make up the commercial name HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA (hereinafter, “HOVIMA HOTELS”).
I.) Acceptance of the TCG:
The User, if he intends to register in the HOVIMA Club, will be obliged to accept these TCG with the acceptance in the marking box provided for this purpose. II.) Conditions and benefits of the HOVIMA Club:
Conditions:
The User may be a member of the HOVIMA Club to access the benefits mentioned in these TCG through the registration form.
To complete the registration process in the HOVIMA Club, it is essential to register by filling out all the mandatory fields.
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email.
IV.) Cancellation procedure.
I was able to request cancellation as a member of the HOVIMA Club by contacting by e-mail: info@hovima.com.
V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA HOTELS is committed to guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data provided by its Registered Users by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the Registered User's data is restricted to those authorized for its use, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse thereof.
VI.) Responsibility:
In case of questions, complaints, errors or technical problems in registration, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the Registered User and HOVIMA HOTELS, the User can submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA HOTELS to the email: info@hovima.com.
The Registered User considers that the content of this TCG is binding on him. In addition, you acknowledge that in the event of breach of any clause of the GTC you may be liable for damages.
VII.) Alternative resolution of consumer disputes:
The consumer (Registered User) may contact HOVIMA HOTELS to resolve any conflict through email: info@hovima.com.
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Art. 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform that those merchants in the European Union who enter into contracts for the sale or provision of online services, carried out through electronic commerce, they must offer information on the existence of the Platform for online dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
VIII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable legislation will be Spanish and the jurisdiction will be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
IX.) Modification of the TCG and duration:
The Website Provider may modify these TCG at any time, which will be duly published on the Website. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will apply until they are modified by others duly published.

- The discounts included for belonging to the HOVIMA Club may be modified at any time. The modifications will be duly published.
- 5% discount on reservations made through the official HOVIMA website
- 10% discount on extras during your stay (except for HOVIMA ATLANTIS)
- Welcome gift (minimum stay of 3 nights)
- A drink of water or wine in Half Board or Full Board (except for HOVIMA ATLANTIS which will be in HOVIMA PANORAMA)
