Our modern and spacious 170 m2 gym is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00. Here you will find a wide range of modern Technogym equipment covering all training needs, from cardio to strength training and functional training. In addition, we offer virtual classes from “Les Mills®”, a well-known company in the fitness industry that offers a wide range of exercise programs. The virtual classes are led by highly trained and certified Les Mills instructors.

You can also enjoy the only outdoor Crossfit centre in the Costa Adeje hotels.

Finally, you will also find outdoor sports courts to practice Beach Volleyball and other sports.
