Refurbishment Works at HOVIMA Costa Adeje - For Cool Adults

We wish to inform you that, starting from the 28th of April 2025, significant refurbishment works will be carried out at our HOVIMA Costa Adeje - For Cool Adults hotel. These works, aimed at improving the infrastructure and the quality of our services, will involve the refurbishment of the comfort to superior rooms, the enhancement of the panoramic terraces of some suites, the construction of a new Excellence Lounge, the renovation of room corridors, and the improvement of the building's roof terrace.

During the first few weeks, external demolition work will be carried out on the terraces of the upper floors, which will require the closure of hotel corridors to minimise impact on guests and the use of a crane for loading and unloading materials. We are aware that these works may cause some inconvenience, and therefore, we will endeavour to allocate rooms as far away from the work areas as possible. Additionally, we will carry out the noisiest tasks at specific times, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. In the following weeks, until the 31st of October, the full completion date of the refurbishments, minor works and decoration of the facilities that do not involve significant noise or inconvenience will be carried out.

To minimise disturbances, the works will be carried out during daytime hours and will be kept out of sight.
